Yesterday John Perrotto reported that no trades will happen until mid-March, if at all, the way things look today. Also, both the A's and the D'Rays would want Zach Duke for Byrnes or Huff. I'd think about trading Duke for a healthy Kearns but not for Byrnes. Not sure what I'd do for Huff. Since I don't run the team, however, it's pretty certain that my opinion means about nothing.
