Pirates are six over .500 and three games out of first. The Cards are up on the Cubs and the Brewers get started with the Mets in an hour.

    Mile high mediocrity...plenty of routine outs when Buccos at the dish. Walt Weiss looks permanently befuddled. Beer fort reinforced with fire-brewed Stroh's picked up at a drive-thru in Kittaning or thereabouts.
